Guidelines

Creating Account

For Current Students and Alumni with a Google account:

Current students and alumni are required to sign in with Google using their institutional email account.
Step 1: Go to Login.
Step 2: Click Sign in with Google.
Step 3: Sign in using your institutional email (@ptscas.edu.ph).
Step 4: Complete your profile information to finish the registration process.

For New Students and Alumni from 2020 and earlier:

Step 1: Go to Login.
Step 2: Select Sign Up as Student or Sign Up as Alumni, depending on your status.
Step 3: Fill out the signup form using a valid and active email address.
Step 4: After signing up, a 4-digit OTP code will be sent to your email.
Step 5: Enter the OTP code to verify your account.
Step 6: ✅ Wait for your account to be verified. An email notification will be sent once your account is approved.

At PTS College & Advanced Studies (PTSCAS), we aim to streamline and simplify the credential request process through a reliable and user-friendly system. This platform is primarily designed for the Office of the Registrar to efficiently handle credential requests from both students and alumni.

Our Team

The PTSCAS Request Credentials Form System was developed by a group of researchers from the Bachelor of Engineering Technology major in Computer Engineering Technology program at TUP Cavite. The system further aims to streamline and simplify the process of requesting essential documents such as transcripts of records, diplomas, certifications, and more. In line with the credential requests, the system is also capable of handling the clearance, graduation, and enrollment process. By integrating these services into one platform, it helps students save time and reduces the hassle of manual transactions.
